The Membership term is one year, and Membership will automatically renew annually unless you cancel your Membership at least 30 days before the term’s anniversary date;

Your Membership must be In Good Standing to use Benefits and Services;

If not In Good Standing, Benefits and Services will no longer be accessible, and any unredeemed certificates, coupons, vouchers, or other benefits will be null and void and any MyTravel Credits will be Retracted;

You assume responsibility for all activities conducted utilizing your unique login credentials for the Website;

Reservations are on a space-available basis and may or may not be cancellable;

Membership is not transferrable;

You authorize a charge of $199 for your first year of Membership, and $149 annually for each renewal; and
You have read and agree to the terms of the MyVacationFlex Membership Benefit Agreement and the Terms and Conditions of Use.
